- Primero. DECLARAR INEXEQUIBLE por ser FUNDADA la objeción por violación de los artículos 157 y 162 de la Constitución Política, el Proyecto de Ley No. 188/99 Senado de la República y 123/99 Cámara de Representantes "Por medio del cual se modifica el artículo 6 de la Ley 105 de 1993".
- Segundo. Remítase copia del expediente legislativo y de esta Sentencia al señor Presidente del Congreso de la República, para efecto de que se dé cumplimiento a los artículos 167 de la Constitución Política y 33 del Decreto 2067 de 1991.
