- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES el Convenio No. 170 y la Recomendación No. 177 sobre la seguridad en la utilización de los productos químicos en el trabajo, adoptado en Ginebra el 6 de junio de 1990, y la ley 55 del 2 de julio de 1993, que los aprobó.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente decisión al Gobierno Nacional, Presidencia de la República y devolver el expediente al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines previstos en el artículo 241, numeral 10, de la Constitución.
