- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el inciso
- primero. del numeral 5º del artículo 113 de la Ley 106 de 1993, en el entendido de que, en virtud del artículo 150 ordinal 19 de la Constitución, corresponde al Gobierno la reglamentación de los requisitos mínimos que deben cumplirse para acceder a la prima técnica.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "para su asignación se deberán (sic) contar con certificado de disponibilidad presupuestal hasta el 31 de diciembre del respectivo año" del inciso
