- Primero. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO por la Corte sobre la exequibilidad de la contribución prevista en los artículos 12, 13, 14 y 15 de la Ley 06 de 1992 (Sentencia C-430 del 28 de septiembre de 1995), cosa juzgada que, desde el punto de vista material, se extiende a la recepción normativa que de la misma contribución hacen los artículos demandados.
- Segundo. Decláranse EXEQUIBLES los artículos 52 y 53, en los apartes demandados, y 56, en su totalidad, de la Ley 223 de 1995, pero únicamente por los motivos considerados en esta Sentencia.
