Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia contra la Universidad del Valle, a partir del auto proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, toda vez que le dio aplicación al Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 de 2000, que en repetidas ocasiones la Corte ha manifestado su inconstitucionalidad.
En consecuencia, se le ordenó al citado Tribunal realizar el trámite debido al proceso.
