- Primero. REVOCAR el Fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Tunja el 30 de junio de 1999, al decidir sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Marlen Alfonso Fuquen contra el Alcalde Municipal de Cómbita (Boyacá) en cuanto a la solicitud contenida en la petición formulada el 24 de febrero del año en curso y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la protección constitucional impetrada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de Cómbita que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este Fallo, suministre a Marlen Alfonso Fuquen toda la información que solicitó en su comunicación del 24 de febrero del año en curso.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LIBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
