- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 7 Civil del Circuito de Cartagena el 7 de junio de 2001 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela incoada por Jaime Acevedo Chedid.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Banco Santander, oficina principal de Cartagena que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia, proceda a dar respuesta a la solicitud elevada por el demandante y se la notifique en debida forma.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
