Solicita se ordene a la entidad autorizar el tratamiento integral del menor.
La constitución de 1991 consagro una proteccion especial a los niños y mas cuando estos requieren el servicio de salud.
Toda persona tiene derecho a la seguridad social.
Sistema de seguridad integral y regimen subsidiado de salud.
Esta accion de tutela es el mecanismo procedente para proteger los derechos fundamentales del menor.

- Primero. REVÓCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Ibagué - Tolima, en la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Edna Mayerly González Arias en representación de su menor hijo Sergio Alejandro Carretero González, en contra de la Secretaria Municipal de Ibagué.
- Segundo. ORDÉNAR a la Secretaria Municipal de Salud de Ibagué - Tolima que, a través de las autoridades correspondientes, efectúe en el término de ocho (8) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia la asignación de una ARS, para que está le realice el tratamiento integral que requiere el menor Sergio Alejandro Carretero González debido a la enfermedad que padece.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
