- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 10 Penal Municipal de Medellín y, en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo de los derechos a la salud y a la seguridad social, en conexidad con la vida, de la señora Fabiola Benjumea de Marín.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a SaludCoop E.P.S., regional Antioquia, que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, siguientes a la notificación de esta Sentencia, le practique a la señora Fabiola Benjumea de Marín el examen de "biopsia esterotáxica de mama izquierda", prescrita por el médico especialista.
- Tercero. SEÑALAR que SaludCoop E.P.S., regional Antioquia, puede repetir por lo gastado en la realización del examen mencionado en el numeral anterior en contra del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
