- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida en el caso de la senora Osiris Lorena Van-Strahlein Peinado por el Juzgado de Menores de Valledupar el 6 de junio de 2003.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas en el caso del senor Guillermo Chacon Perez por el Juzgado 2deg de Ejecucion de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad del Circuito Penitenciario y Carcelario de Valledupar el 20 de mayo de 2003 y por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Valledupar el 9 de junio de 2003.
