  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
  2. Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Duitama. y en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela para la protección del derecho a la educación.
  3. Segundo. ORDENAR a la rectora del Colegio Sindicato Acerías Belencito de la ciudad de Duitama, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) horas, siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, sino lo hubiere hecho, expida los certificados e informes de notas correspondientes al alumno DAVID FELIPE COLLAZOS que han sido solicitados por su padre.
  4. Tercero. ADVERTIR a los padres del menor DAVID FELIPE COLLAZOS que esta orden no los exime del cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas que han contraído con el colegio accionado o de someterse a las medidas judiciales que se inicien en su contra para el cobro de la deuda.
  5. Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
