Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por los Juzgados
Primero. Penal Municipal de Ciénaga y
Segundo. Penal del Circuito, en los expedientes de Tutela Nos. T-299343 y T-302623 y en su lugar CONCEDER la Tutela al derecho al trabajo en condiciones dignas y justas a Julián Salvador Camargo Anchila y William López Campo.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde de Ciénaga que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de éste fallo, proceda, si aún no lo ha hecho, a cancelar los salarios atrasados a los actores, siempre y cuando exista partida presupuestal disponible. En caso de que no exista la respectiva partida, deberá realizar las operaciones presupuestales para garantizar el pago de los salarios debidos. Dichas gestiones no podrán exceder el término perentorio de tres (3) meses.
Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
