- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Ciénaga a propósito de la demanda consignada en el expediente T-265192, en relación con demanda promovida por Yuleima Cecilia Candelario Jiménez contra el Municipio de Ciénaga
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela respecto del derecho al trabajo en condiciones dignas y justas, ordenando al Alcalde de Ciénaga que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar a la demandante la totalidad de los salarios adeudados.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
