- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por las sentencias revisadas, en tanto concedieron el amparo solicitado por el señor HORACIO ARANGO CONSTANTE.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Ciénaga que dentro del término máximo de dos (2) meses, contados desde la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar al demandante la totalidad de lo adeudado por concepto de mesadas pensionales, con cargo al anticipo contemplado en el parágrafo 6 del artículo 2º. de la ley 549 de 1999.
