- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 11 de febrero de dos mil, proferida por el Juzgado Veintisiete Penal Municipal de Medellin, en el proceso de tutela de Gloria Yaneth Manrique Valencia contra el Colegio Nuestra Senora de Lourdes.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
