- Primero. REVOCAR la providencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Armenia, el 19 de mayo de 2003 y en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la maternidad, a la protección del recién nacido y al mínimo vital de la señora Carolina Londoño Hoyos, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a COOMEVA E.P.S. S.A., Seccional Armenia- que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo proceda a reconocer y pagar a favor de la señora Carolina Londoño Hoyos el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. Líbrese por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
