- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Barrancabermeja y en su lugar CONCEDER la proteccion del derecho a la salud de la senora CELEDONIA MARIN, en conexidad con el derecho a la vida digna y a la integridad fisica.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. SOLSALUD coordinar con la Secretaria de Salud Publica Departamental de Santander para que, si aun no lo ha hecho, en un plazo no mayor de diez (10) dias habiles, a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, realice la cirugia requerida por el accionante.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaria, se libren las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
