- Segundo. REVOCAR, en consecuencia, las sentencias de Febrero 7 y marzo 16 de 2005, proferidas, respectivamente, por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota y por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
