- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de los términos decretada por la Sala para fallar el presente proceso.
- Segundo. REVOCAR los fallos adoptados por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla el 28 de junio de 2001, y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial, Sala de Decisión Civil Familia de dicha ciudad el 6 de agosto del mismo año, en virtud de la acción de tutela promovida por BETTY ISABEL JIMÉNEZ GÓMEZ.
- Tercero. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta sentencia.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
