Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juez
Primero. Promiscuo Municipal de Santa Ana.(Magdalena).
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo y a la estabilidad laboral reforzada de la ciudadana EUFROSINA MARTÍNEZ AMADOR, y por lo tanto, ORDENAR a la representante legal del Hogar Infantil Santa Ana (Magdalena), que reintegre a la actora al oficio que venía desempeñando al momento del despido, con reanudación inmediata del pago de su salario, sin perjuicio de las demás pretensiones laborales a que pueda tener derecho, las cuales serán definidas por la jurisdicción laboral.
Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente sentencia al Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
