- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia adoptada por la Sala de Decisión de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín el 29 de noviembre de 1999, por medio de la cual se concedió la tutela del derecho a la igualdad presentada por Marta Iréne Gómez Pérez.
