Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Primero. Promiscuo de Familia, en consecuencia, conceder la tutela al derecho trabajo y mínimo vital de los demandantes. Para ello se ordena al Alcalde de Arauca que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas cancele los salarios y primas adeudadas a los accionantes siempre y cuando exista la debida partida presupuestal disponible. En caso contrario, deberá realizar las diligencias que le permitan cumplir con el pago ordenado. Dichas gestiones no podrán superar el término perentorio de tres (3) meses.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
