- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el veintisiete (27) de junio de dos mil dos (2002), por el Juzgado 1 Penal Municipal de Floridablanca, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Beatriz Ramires Castillo en representacion de la menor Yolanda Rincon Ramirez contra la A.R.S. EMDIS Seccional Floridablanca.
- Segundo. ADVERTIR a la senora Beatriz Ramirez Castillo que, si asi lo requiere la salud de la menor Yolanda Rincon Ramirez, puede acudir a la A.R.S. Salud Vida Seccional Floridablanca, en la cual se encuentra afiliada al igual que su grupo familiar, tal como quedo demostrado en el proceso de tutela, para solicitar la proteccion medica asistencial integral que corresponda.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
