- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Penal Municipal de Cali el día veintiocho (28) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por MYRIAM HUERTAS QUIROZ, en nombre de su hija LEIDY JOHANA ALONSO HUERTAS, contra el Seguro Social y, en consecuencia, conceder la protección solicitada, amparando los derechos a la salud, a la integridad física, al pleno desarrollo y a la seguridad social de la menor.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Seguro Social que en forma inmediata, a más tardar dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a la notificación de este Fallo, practique todos los exámenes y procedimientos que sean necesarios para superar la "sinovitis villonodular" que padece la niña Leidy Johana Alonso Huertas.
- Tercero. El incumplimiento de lo aquí dispuesto acarreará las sanciones previstas en el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
