- Primero. REVOCAR parcialmente la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia de 26 de julio de 1996, que a su vez revoco el fallo de 4 julio de 1996 de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, y en su lugar Tutelará los derechos a la vida, igualdad, salud y seguridad social de las hijas menores Angiee Melissa y Valentina María Roca Moreno, y en consecuencia ordenar al Fondo Social del Congreso de la República que en el término de 48 horas contados a partir de la correspondiente comunicación, le restablezca los servicios médico asistenciales a las menores de edad Angiee Melissa y Valentina María Rocca Moreno.
- El a-quo vigilará el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto.
- Segundo. DISPONER por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos legales pertinentes.
