- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida el 15 de julio de 1997 por la Sala Civil y de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Tunja, dentro del proceso de tutela promovido por LUIS EDUARDO RINCON y OTROS contra la Empresa Techint - Cotecol.
- Segundo. El Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Miraflores vigilará el cumplimiento que se dé a esta sentencia a efectos de la realización completa de las obras requeridas, e informará a la Sala de Revisión.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
