- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Cali, el Once (11) de julio de 1996, que denegó la tutela presentada por los accionantes Iván Buriticá Hoyos, Liliana Franco Rengifo, Oscar Armando Franco Rengifo y otros, en contra de la Fiscalía Regional de Cali, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la Fiscalía Regional de Cali y a la Secretaría Común de ésta misma ciudad, para que de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 24 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, se abstenga de incurrir en las omisiones materia de la acciòn de tutela.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
