- Primero. REVOCASE el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Valledupar, Sala Civil y de Familia, que confirmo el proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Valledupar, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por Eduardo Ariza Lacouture, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo. En consecuencia, DEJANSE sin efecto las ordenes emitidas por estos despachos judiciales. En su lugar, DENIEGASE, por improcedente, el amparo solicitado por el mencionado ciudadano.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
