- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Laboral, el 15 de marzo de 2001 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta por la senora Melitina Valdez de Madrid.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Bolivar, para que en el estricto termino de ocho (8) dias expida el acto administrativo correspondiente, en relacion con la solicitud de reconocimiento de la pension de vejez presentada por la demandante, conforme a lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. ENVIESE copia de la presente providencia al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Bolivar, Departamento de Pensiones.
- Librense por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
