- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en providencia fechada el 5 de agosto de 1997 en tanto negó la presente tutela pero advirtió a las directivas de "abstenerse de aplicar cualquier medida disciplinaria o discriminatoria en contra de los dos estudiantes que instauraron la presente acción, o de sus compañeros que en señal de solidaridad suscribieron el escrito de reclamación, por el simple hecho de haber acudido a un mecanismo constitucional estatuído en defensa de sus derechos fundamentales".
- Segundo. DESE CUMPLIMIENTO a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
