- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia objeto de revisión y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho de petición y en consecuencia ORDENAR al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Valle, que en el término de cinco días hábiles, si es que no lo ha hecho aún, resuelva el recurso de reposición interpuesto contra la Resolución 1753 de 2001, en el caso de la señora Maria Nelly Blandón Moreno, y si es el caso se resuelva el recurso subsidiario de apelación.
- SEGUNDO. El juzgador de primera instancia dará aplicación al artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
