- Primero. REVOCAR la decision proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Quibdo del diecisiete de julio de 1997 que denego la tutela iniciada por la senora CELINA PALACIOS DE MORENO contra la Gobernacion del Choco.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la presente tutela respecto de los derechos a la vida, salud y al pago oportuno de las mesadas pensionales, para lo cual se ordenara al Departamento del Choco, que el termino de los quince (15) dias siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, cancele a la demandante toda suma de dinero debida por concepto de las mesadas pensionales de jubilacion causadas hasta la fecha, a menos que ya se hubiere realizado, asi como el pago oportuno de las mismas en el futuro.
- Tercero. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
