- Primero. CONFIRMASE, por las razones expuestas en este fallo, la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá el diez (10) de agosto del presente año, mediante la cual se modificó la pronunciada por el Juzgado Veinticinco (25) Penal de Circuito de la misma ciudad el veinticuatro (24) de julio, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela interpuesta por el ciudadano JESUS PEREZ GONZALEZ-RUBIO.
- Segundo. Líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
