Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Tercero. Penal Municipal de Santa Marta y en consecuencia negar la tutela interpuesta por la senora Rosa Robles Camargo, por ser un mecanismo improcedente para obtener el pago de cesantias definitivas y no por falta de derecho de la demandante.
Segundo. LIBRENSE, por la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
