- Primero. CONFIRMA el fallo proferido el veinticuatro (24) de enero de dos mil uno (2001), por el Juzgado 2 Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, en relacion con la accion de tutela instaurada por el senor Amado Montejo Guerrero en contra de Saludcoop E.P.S. y Servir I.P.S., con excepcion del numeral 3 de la misma providencia, el cual se revoca.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
