Penal Municipal de Santafe de Bogota, el dieciocho (18) de septiembre de 1995, que a su vez confirmo la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Cuarenta y seis Penal del Circuito de esta misma ciudad, el diez (10) de agosto de 1995, en relacion con la tutela formulada por BLANCA MARIA YOPASA RAMIREZ, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia
