- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida el 28 de enero de 2002 por el Tribunal Superior de Antioquia -Sala Civil de Decisión-, en el proceso de la referencia.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Juez 18 de Familia de Bogotá comunicar de la medida de embargo decretada en el proceso de alimentos que se sigue por la accionante contra Jaime Alberto Vélez de Villa, para que se de aplicación a lo dispuesto en el artículo 542 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
- Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
