- Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. de Familia de Tunja el 1deg de agosto del ano 2003, y, en su lugar, negar la accion de tutela instaurada por Ana Marlen Pacanchique contra el Registrador de Instrumentos Publicos de la misma ciudad por improcedente.
- Segundo. Mantener la orden proferida por el Juez de instancia, en el numeral 2deg de la providencia, como quedo explicado.
- Tercero. Hacer un llamado a Prevencion al Registrador de Instrumentos Publicos de Tunja sobre su deber de hacer prevalecer los derechos de los ninos, en todas sus actuaciones y decisiones, acatando las ordenes que al respecto emitan las autoridades judiciales y administrativas.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
