CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido en marzo once (11) de dos mil tres (2003), por el Juzgado 1 Civil del Circuito de Barrancabermeja, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por el senor Matias Jose Rivera Castro como agente oficioso de la senora Isabel Santos Rondon contra la A.R.S. Solsalud Seccional Barrancabermeja, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
