- Séptimo. de Familia de Bogotá el día 25 de junio de 1993, en el sentido de no acceder a la tutela instaurada por el señor FERNANDO BERNAL SUAREZ.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Séptimo. de Familia de Bogotá, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
