- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, la sentencia de marzo 25 de 1994, proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Salamina, mediante la cual se denego la tutela presentada por la senora Maria Celenia Delgado de Marquez.
- SEGUNDO. Prevenir al senor Alcalde Municipal de Salamina y demas autoridades locales, para que tomen las medidas pertinentes en orden a evitar la realizacion de actividades irregulares de excavacion en la zona del barrio El Bosque, que puedan poner en peligro la vida y demas derechos fundamentales de los habitantes de ese sector del municipio de Salamina.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el Articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
