- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia de 17 de noviembre de 2000, proferida por el Juzgado Cuarenta y Ocho Penal Municipal de Bogotá, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Luz Miryam Cubillos de Garzón, contra el Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
