Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Civil de Familia respecto de la señora Eddy María Claro de Rojas, y en su defecto, CONCEDER la tutela, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la parte motiva de ésta sentencia.
Segundo. ORDENAR, si no se ha realizado todavía, que se le de cumplimiento al ofrecimiento de la entidad accionada de poner en marcha el protocolo por ellos precisado, a fin de permitirle el acceso y conocimiento de las radiografías de la accionante, al especialista que ella indica en su escrito de tutela.
Tercero. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
