- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Tunja, de treinta (30) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), mediante la cual se decidió la segunda instancia, en la acción de tutela de la referencia, instaurada por JULIO CESAR RAMIREZ PULIDO contra la CORPORACION UNIVERSITARIA DE BOYACA y que a su turno confirmó la dictada por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Tunja de veinticuatro (24) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992).
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia en los términos y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
