- Primero. REVOCAR la providencia revisada y en su lugar CONCEDER la protección de los derechos a la salud, a la integridad personal y a la vida de EUGENIO CASTAÑEDA y MARIA TRINIDAD TOLOSA DE CASTAÑEDA.
- En consecuencia, ORDENASE al Seguro Social que, si aun no lo hubiere hecho, dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, practique las cirugías de ojo a los peticionarios.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
