PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el 19 de octubre de 2000 por la Sección Tercera de la Sala Contencioso Administrativa del Consejo de Estado, mediante el cual fue confirmada la decisión del Tribunal Administrativo del Valle del Cauca, en el sentido de negar la tutela solicitada por el doctor Orlando Quintero Garcia contra la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
