- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá el
- primero. (1o) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, por consiguiente, no acceder a la tutela presentada por la sociedad CONSTRUCTORA SANZ COBE S.A.
- SEGUNDO. REVOCAR lo relacionado con el numeral
- cuarto. de la sentencia del Juzgado 31 del Juzgado 31 Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR la presente decisión al Juzgado Treinta y Uno Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
