- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Décimo. Penal del Circuito de Medellín, de fecha catorce (14) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), en la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora Gladys Janeth Restrepo Restrepo en contra de los Directores de Metrosalud Medellín, del Departamento de Estudios Criminológicos y Policía Judicial - Decypol, y el Administrador del Cementerio Universal. En consecuencia se concede la tutela solicitada.
- Segundo. Como consecuencia de esta decisión, ordénase a Metrosalud Medellín, al Departamento de Estudios Criminológicos y Policía Judicial - Decypol y al Administrador del Cementerio Universal, iniciarse dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, todos los trámites pertinentes para la exhumación y traslado del cadáver de Jhon Jairo Restrepo Cadavid, por cuenta de su cónyuge superstite, Gladys Janeth Restrepo Restrepo, al Cementerio que ella determine, para los fines señalados en esta providencia. Para el efecto, adóptense las medidas sanitarias correspondientes.
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
