Solicita se ordene reparar su nombre y el de su familia.

La procedencia de la tutela exige la previa solicitud de rectificación.
Este derecho se predica respecto de los medios masivos de comunicación como contrapartida de la amplia proteccion que les confiere la constitucion política en desarrollo de la libertad de prensa.
El actor no presento la respectiva solicitud verbal o escrita para que se le rectificara la noticia publicada sino que procedio a insturar la accion de tutela.
