- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Barranquilla, Sala Civil - Familia de decicision, de fecha catorce (14) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), en la accion de tutela interpuesta por Wenceslao Salgado Caceres, Secretario General del Sindicato de trabajadores de la Empresa Distrital de Telecomunicaciones "Sintratel", contra la Empresa Distrital de Telecomunicaciones de Barranquilla.
- Segundo. Para el cumplimiento de esta accion, ORDENASE al senor Gerente de la Empresa Distrital de Telecomunicaciones de Barranquilla, que si aun no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes, contadas a partir de la notificacion de este fallo, responda la peticion del demandante y ordene la entrega de las copias de los documentos solicitados.
- Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
